Arsalyn promotes the sharing of models and methodologies through peer exchange. The Peer Exchange Program supports the costs of site visits between civic, community and youth organizations that want to explore program options through exchange. This program proposes that sharing models and methodologies will strengthen our collective ability to engage young people in the democratic process.

Eligible organizations include those that engage young people in community and civic participation, respect Arsalyn Foundation's non-partisan, non-issue-based approach and mission, are 501(c)(3) organizations in the United States that are not private foundations. The exchange must be a two-way exchange (representatives of both groups must visit each other's site), must involve youth representatives ages 16-20, must be documented and evaluated by the participants and reported in summary to Arsalyn Foundation.
